TASTINGS & CHARCUTERIE

At Domaine Naturaliste we provide an an array of different tasting options to suit all wine enthusiasts. We offer individual tastings at our main tasting bar, private tastings for larger groups ( 10+) as well as our pièce de résistance, guided wine flights.

These seated tastings are presented in our picturesque cellar door situated between the Merlot vines and include samples of our premium wine ranges with an in-depth description from our knowledgeable cellar door staff.

To compliment our wines, we also offer delicious charcuterie or cheese boards, made to order from a selection of local and imported premium ingredients.

Wine flights include a collection of premium wine samples for $15 per flight, with redemptions on tasting fees available on selected wine purchases.

    We would love to see you over the busy Easter weekend and are open all weekend from 10am to 5pm (except Good Friday).

    Come on down to the Domaine Naturaliste Cellar Door for Sauvage & Songs and Floris & Fun as the sun sets over Wilyabrup.

    Enjoy music by Gav & Ni duo and specials on glasses of Floris & Sauvage for $10, or grab a bottle of our sensational Grenache Rose for $25.

    Bring along a chair and a picnic or purchase one of our Sundowner cheese boards for $25.

    This is a free event, with all welcome but no BYO alcohol. Beverages other than wine also available for purchase.

    Wine Safari

    Join our own winemaker and raconteur Bruce Dukes on a Wine Safari! Travel by return bus from the Wilyabrup Cellar Door to the mysterious depths of the winery where you will taste from barrels and discover the aromas and flavours of emerging wines. This experience is then followed by a four course casual cocktail style lunch paired with new release wines.

    Members Long Table Lunch

    Our popular Members Long Table lunch returns on the June long weekend. For the first time due to popularity, we will now hold 2 lunches, one on Saturday 3rd June and the second on Sunday 4th June.

    Starting a midday the afternoon will feature a superb four course lunch, carefully crafted by our friends George Cooper and his team at Tiller Dining. The Farm to Plate style luncheon will be held at our Cellar Door and feature the freshest local produce, mainly sourced from the Tiller Farm just around the corner in Yelverton and prepared in the Tiller 'off-grid' kitchen.

    This lunch offers the lowest food miles possible and will be paired with our sustainably produced museum wines from the amazing 2018 vintage.

    Seats for each day are limited to 60 guests and are now SOLD OUT.

    Pink and Paella 2023

    Our annual Spanish themed summer sundowner is back and we've got a brand new Rosé to share!

    Kirk's Kitchen will be serving up their seafood and traditional Valencian paella to pair perfectly with the new release 2022 Discovery Grenache Rose.
    Local guitarist, Bruce Godden will be back to delight with Spanish guitar and flamenco tunes while the sun sets over the vineyard and gumtrees.

    Event starts at 5pm with food from 5:30pm. Bring a picnic rug or camping chair to lounge on as limited seats available.

    Tickets include a serving of seafood or Valencian (pork and chicken) paella, as well as a glass of Grenache Rosé or any Discovery Wine.

    Located just three hours south of Perth, the humble area between Gracetown and Cowaramup, known as Wilyabrup, is where locals and visitors go to live like kings. Almost like a golden triangle of winemaking, our little piece of paradise can be found nestled between vineyards and towering gumtrees.

    The Wilyabrup landscape is one of rolling fields, hay bales and lush vineyards bordered by virgin native bushland. It was once the land of milk (literally), now there is honey and wine.

    10th Anniversary Long table lunch

    Join Bruce for an afternoon celebration of Domaine Naturaliste's 10th Anniversary.

    A superb four course lunch, carefully crafted by renowned Chef George Cooper of Tiller Dining fame. A long table style lunch being held at our Cellar Door in Wilyabrup, with a focus on local produce.

    Bruce has opened the museum cellar to ensure special pairings.

    Limited seats with preference for In the Domaine wine club members.

    Barkuterie & W(h)ine

    You and your perfect pooches are invited to sit and stay on the lawn at Domaine Naturaliste, from 2pm - 5pm Saturday 26th February. Enjoy acoustic tunes from John Stringer whist lapping up your favoriate Domaine Naturaliste wine and snacking on cheese and charcuterie.

    Pre booked tickets include a barkuterie board, made especially for out furry friends by Margies Barkery, plus a vineyard photoshoot by Finding Grace Photography, digital images included.

    Barrels, Bottles, Winemakers & lunch

    A fun lunch event is being held at our Cellar Door this Saturday 13th November from 11.00am to 2pm.

    Immerse yourself in our wines with the makers and growers by joining Bruce Dukes (himself), Remi Guise (Senior Winemaker), Sophie Ward (Winemaker) and Tim Byrne (Viticulturist) on a journey through our favorite cuvées. 

    Each variety is accompanied by charcuterie and the tastings are followed by a roaming luncheon presented by Supper Road, paired with a glass of your favorite wine.

    Certainly feels like we all need a little celebration at the moment... so a perfect opportunity to announce our annual Halfway through Harvest Sundowner will be going ahead as planned Sunday February 28th from 3:30pm.

    Gather your friends and family to celebrate the 2021 harvest with us at Domaine Naturaliste. Bring a picnic rug and enjoy one of our charcuterie boards with a glass of wine, whilst listening to local singer-songwriter Kiera Jas as the sun sets.

    Pink & Paella Spanish Sundowner - SOLD OUT!

    Round up your amigos and familia for a Spanish inspired sundowner at Domaine Naturaliste cellar door Saturday 23rd of January from 4:30pm.

    Watch the sun go down to the sounds of Spanish guitar and flamenco from local guitarist Bruce Godden, while sipping a cold Tempranillo rosé paired with a delicious serve of Valencian or seafood Paella. Olé!

    Tickets are $30 and include Your choice of paella and a glass of Discovery Range wine. Childrens options available with soft drinks from Margaret River Beverages.
