Its pristine natural acidity and ultra-fine tannin give us the opportunity to craft a palate of sheer complexity, introduced by fresh red fruits, and finished by savoury structure and quenching textures.

One of the great years for white wines. The long and gentle season allowed for the development of high level aromatics while maintaining pristine natural acidity and elegance.
The fruit is hand-harvested, gently destemmed then pressed immediately to extract only the finest tannin and minimal colour. The juice is 100% barrel fermented in seasoned 500L Puncheons. After fermentation the blend is aged on lees in oak with fortnightly battonage for 2 months. This process enhances mouth feel and introduces additional layers of complexity.
