Announced on 19th June, the 2022 Artus Chardonnay and 2022 Rachis Syrah were awarded Gold Medals with 95 points in their respective classes against wines from across the globe. 

Decanter is one of the world's largest and influential wine competitions with 18,143 wines from 57 countries being judged at this year's show.

We were delighted to receive 2 of the 13 Gold Medals awarded to Margaret River wines, which were also awarded 2 Wine of Show Trophies. Such wonderful global recognition of the quality that our region produces.

Here's what the Judges had to say about our wines....

2022 Artus Chardonnay  - 95pts Gold "Strident steely citrus and taut mineral notes preside over refined oak. Focused and finessed with a creamy texture and a counterbalancing bristle of tense acidity."

2022 Rachis Syrah  - 95pts Gold "Oozing prowess and decadence with its captivating dark berry and plum fruit and superb spicy, peppery infusion. Firm and meaty with a lengthy granite finish."
